What it does

Everything from your phone,
on a bigger screen.

Whether you're on a locked-down work laptop, travelling without roaming, or making 50 calls a day, message templates and copy-paste dialing get you through more in less time.

Private by default. Your data never leaves your devices — we don't store your calls, messages, or contacts on our servers.

Works anywhere

Connect over your home WiFi or from anywhere via a secure connection.

Private by design

End-to-end encrypted connection. Nothing about your calls, SMS, or contacts is stored on our servers.

How it works

Three steps to call from your computer.

No new number, no new carrier, no app for the person you're calling. Install the Android companion app, open ComputerCaller in your browser, and pair the two — most people are making a phone call from their computer in under two minutes.

  1. 01

    Install the Android companion app

One-time install on your existing phone. The companion app pairs your phone to your ComputerCaller account using a secure token — no new SIM, no new number, no carrier setup.

  2. 02

    Open ComputerCaller in your browser

Sign in at computercaller.com on any laptop or desktop. Hit Connect — your phone shows an Accept dialog. Tap it once and you're connected.

  3. 03

    Start calling

Dial any phone number from your computer. Your phone places the call through your existing carrier. You hear and speak through your laptop's microphone and speakers.

Early-user feedback

Loved by people who live on calls.

Sales reps, recruiters, agents, and founders tell us the same thing — the time between calls shrinks, the workday gets smoother, and the phone finally stays in the drawer.

  • I run 40+ dials a day and used to lose 5-10 minutes every hour just picking the phone back up, unlocking it, finding the next number. Now it all happens on my screen between calls — I've easily gained back an hour a day.

    Marcus T.
    Outbound Sales Rep, B2B SaaS
  • Back-to-back candidate calls used to mean juggling my phone in one hand and my notes in the other. Now everything's on one screen — I hang up one call and start the next without ever reaching for my phone.

    Priya N.
    Technical Recruiter
  • My phone was always somewhere I couldn't reach — the car, my bag, another room. Now I just throw on my headset, the phone charges out of sight, and I talk hands-free through the computer all day. Total comfort upgrade.

    Dave R.
    Real Estate Agent
  • The wins are small but they stack up — no more switching from my headset on one call to my phone on the next. One device, one workflow. Our handle time dropped because nobody's fumbling between calls anymore.

    Lauren K.
    Customer Support Lead
  • As a one-person company I'm on sales, support, and vendor calls all day. Doing them from the computer means I'm typing notes and pulling up info live instead of squinting at a phone. It quietly saves me a ton of time.

    Sofia M.
    Solo Founder
  • I'm on client calls about six hours a day, and my neck used to pay for it from cradling the phone. The headset comfort alone was worth it — and not touching the phone between calls keeps me in flow.

    Jordan P.
    Freelance Account Manager
  • We rolled it out across the team for a week. Everyone said the same thing: the dead time between calls disappeared. No reaching for the phone, no unlocking, no redialing — it's all right there on the desktop. More conversations per day.

    Elena V.
    Inside Sales Team Lead
  • My phone stays on the charger across the room now — I never touch it during work. Every call comes through the computer and headset, my hands stay free to pull up policies while I talk, and my desk is finally clear.

    Tom B.
    Independent Insurance Broker
  • It's the little friction that's gone — no glancing down at the phone, no switching devices mid-conversation. I go from one customer call straight to the next right on my screen, and the saved minutes add up to real breathing room in my day.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Still have questions? Email [email protected].

Can I make a phone call from my computer?

Yes. ComputerCaller connects your phone to your computer so you can make a phone call from your computer to any real phone number. You install a small companion app on your phone, sign in to ComputerCaller in your browser, and the two pair securely. When you dial a number on your computer, your phone places the real call through your carrier — you just hear and speak through your laptop.

How do I call someone from my computer?

Three steps: install the Android companion app on your phone, open ComputerCaller in your browser and sign in, then pair the two with one tap. From then on, to call someone from your computer you just type or paste their number into the dialer and hit call — your phone dials it through your carrier while you talk through your computer.

Do I need a new phone number?

No. ComputerCaller uses your existing phone number through your phone. The person you call sees your real number on their caller ID — exactly the same as if you'd called from your phone directly.

Do you store my messages, contacts, or call logs?

No. ComputerCaller simply connects your phone to your computer. Your messages, contacts, call logs, and call audio never get stored on our servers. Everything stays on your phone — we only carry the live connection while you're actively using it.

Can I call from my computer for free?

Your first 7 days are free. After the trial it's $5/month — cancel anytime. There is no usage-based fee on top: your call minutes come from your existing carrier plan, so a call from your computer costs the same as a call from your phone.

Can I call any phone number from my computer?

Yes. If your phone can call the number, ComputerCaller can call it from your computer — landlines, mobiles, international numbers, toll-free numbers, all of them. The call routes through your carrier, so it works exactly like a normal call.

Does this work without my phone?

No — your phone needs to be powered on and reachable (over WiFi or mobile data). ComputerCaller is not a replacement carrier. The upside is you keep your existing number, your existing plan, and your existing call quality.

Can I call 911 from my computer?

Yes. When you dial an emergency number from your computer, your phone places the call to your local emergency service through your real carrier — the same as if you'd dialed it on your phone. We recommend keeping your phone nearby and confirming dispatch can hear you clearly through your laptop microphone.

Does it work on iPhone?

Yes, in beta. iPhone users pair their phone to their laptop via Bluetooth and dial through the iPhone's Phone app — full setup takes 2 minutes. Android remains our primary platform with full feature parity (SMS sync, call log sync, one-click dial). See the iPhone setup guide at /iphone for details.

How is this different from WhatsApp, Zoom, or Skype?

Those apps need both parties to install the same app — they only call other users of that app. ComputerCaller lets you call any regular phone number from your computer, because the call actually goes through your real cell phone and your real carrier. The person you're calling doesn't need to install anything. And unlike Microsoft Phone Link, it runs in any browser on any computer — Windows, Mac, Linux, or Chromebook.
